We advocate for consumers and for companies to make more responsible, purposeful choices, particularly with food, which deliver a wider societal benefit. In short, we want to see and shape the emergence of a more conscious form of retail.

We are a small group of industry professionals who work with retailers and manufacturers on a daily basis. This is a non-profit initiative which harnesses our expertise and network to stimulate transformation.

Understanding consumers’ needs and desires and empowering them to make choices, conscious of their impact on themselves and others.

Conscious Companies

Encouraging companies to increase choice, transparency and purpose, and working with them to uncover innovative ways of delivering this.

Conscious Colleagues

Raising awareness of the impact of commercial decisions on the conditions in the supply chain to both the workers and the environment.
